Have you ever concerned yourself with the word "TRUST" when seeing a physician? You should. In-fact you should be scrutinizing your medical providers as you would a masked intruder in your home, not
finding out he’s there until you feel the weight of his body upon you as you open your eyes to the tip of a knife.
Frankly you’re safer with the intruder pointing a knife tip in your face than seeing many of the physicians in our world.
I’m not saying that should you or a loved one, God forbid, be peeled off the freeway you won’t be well taken care of, I believe you will, but most of those physicians who sit around waiting to see you for your six-month check-up are familiarizing themselves with your insurance first. The better your insurance the more likely you’ll walk away from your appointment sick…or at least scheduled for tests you don’t require.
Here’s a question for you, ”Do you know how to read medical tests? Better yet, are you given the opportunity to review your medical tests with your doctor explaining the findings? Still better, do you ever get to see the tests or are you merely told what’s going on and you believe?”
No criticism here, okay? We the public have been conditioned to “TRUST” whatever a physician tells us, often without question. We do sometimes see two more specialists if the prognosis warrants, but are these physicians going to question what your first physician found?
Most likely not! Why? Because even in the medical world there’s a “Good ol’ Boys Club”.
If you happened to be dealing with Workman Comp and their Insurance Company, be prepared to watch the physicians literally ignore the true injury of their patient to protect the insurance company, it’s nothing less than extortion. In a case my partner Larry and I were involved with, we dealt with this for two years. Larry was put on a Wound Vac after his surgeon committed Medical Malpractice, by taking his sutures out a week too soon. The wound opened-up, and a Wound Vav was attached to Larry’s ankle for about three to four months. A few weeks later, after the Wound Vac was removed, Larry had a violent episode with a Blood Clot, moving up his ankle above the wound, causing a Stroke simultaneously. He is now paralyzed on his complete right side.
This is bad enough, but for the next two years we watched the physicians totally ignore Larry’s ankle, to the point where one would think he didn’t have an ankle; I assure you an amputee stump would have garnered more attention. Larry’s ankle has three-one-foot-long scars from an almost complete rebuilding of his ankle, plus almost four months on a Wound Vac, ending in a Blood Clot and Stroke, while no one is looking at Larry’s ankle or the real cause of the Blood Clot and Stroke.
No they aren’t; even with my insistence! Instead, the physicians are treating Larry for heart problems, while he has no personal history of such.
I watched the nurses take Larry’s Blood Pressure wrong so it would be high. How do they do this? Take a reading amidst chaos such a mere conversation, over shirt sleeves, unsupported back, unsupported feet and arms, and more tricks of the trade. All these tactics can raise one’s Blood Pressure by up to 50 points or more. This would then constitute Hypertension, although fake. Why? Well in Larry’s case it was to protect the Insurance Company from having to pay for Medical Malpractice; in your case it may merely be to make money on all the meds you’ll be taking for Hypertension. By the way Workman Comp does not pay for Hypertension if it’s a pre accident condition, and so they push this narrative that it is a pre-condition with fake tests and lies.
Larry was put on heart medication in very large doses; enough to kill him, while I was constantly demanding the doctors look at Larry’s ankle. His attorneys are telling him that he’ll lose the salary paid to him monthly if he doesn’t comply with what the physicians, hired and extorted by the Insurance Company, (CORVEL in this case) tell him to do.
Both Larry’s attorneys and the physicians continue to ignore me, and at the time I thought, I needed more proof of what I instinctively knew, so I started reading everything I could find on, early removal of sutures, High Blood Pressure connected to ankle surgery, and floating bones in ankles detached during or after surgery, which was shown on an Xray the last time Larry saw his surgeon. Most of the articles, I read, came from highly respected hospitals such as the Mayo Clinic.
I was ecstatic with what I learned, and informed Larry’s Workman Comp attorneys, Jon Boesen and Scott Ash of Denver, Colorado assuming they’d be thrilled with what I uncovered that could help their case.
But they weren’t thrilled at all, and in fact told Larry, again, to do what he’s told by the Insurance Company or he’d lose his reduced salary, paid twice monthly by the Insurance Company.
Larry had all kinds of medical tests, based on the physician’s bogus evaluation of Larry’s bogus Hypertension, Larry also completed three very extensive heart tests, which came out clean with no events. His heart was perfect. Nobody cared about these tests; in fact they were ignored by both the physicians and Larry’s attorneys.
I smelled a rat but couldn’t find where it started or how it would end. Plus, I had no idea what kind of rat I smelled. The scent was corruption, but I chose to “TRUST” that in the end Larry’s attorneys would expose all Larry and my proof of such at settlement.
To assure ourselves of the best possible outcome, I wrote a summary to Jon Boesen and Scott Ash about all Larry and I were experiencing in the medical world concerning Larry’s health; mostly exposing all the out and out corruption; I even posted in this summary February 10, 2021 an article on bogus Blood Pressure readings and then a couple weeks later sent another summary adding an article about Wound Vacs.
The Wound Vac article was extremely telling (they both were) in describing how they are rarely used on ankles because of all the bones present, and never should be used if there’s bone fragment floating about near the wound, and TRALA!!!! Wound Vacs cause BLOOD CLOTS, and this is why they are not perfected for ankles…too many bones where Blood Clots can get trapped.
Larry and I had to find all this out on our own while it was obvious the physicians were hiding the reason Larry had a Blood Clot and Stroke. They were willing to make him sick with heart and Hypertension meds just to cover up the truth, while Larry had horrendous side effects from these medications he didn’t need…broke out in a rash from head to toe that the Workman Comp doctors refused to address. It wasn’t their responsibility as we were told. Larry was instead directed to a dermatologist just when Covid-19 came about so no one would see a new patient. Larry suffered much of eight months with this rash.
Meanwhile, the physician who operated on Larry’s ankle is Dr. Kahn Farooqi, a supposedly top-notch orthopedic surgeon, out of Aspen Valley Hospital. He needs to be with all the skiers about. Right? However, he’s the one who committed Medical Malpractice on Larry by taking his sutures out easily a week too soon, however on ankles sutures often remain much longer than two weeks. In Larry’s case he took them out at 8 days? We didn’t know until it was too late, and after I read articles.
Here are some interesting facts! The Steadman Clinic out of Vail Colorado, known to be the best of the West in Orthopedic Medicine, has been courting Dr. Kahn Farooqi for “God knows how long”, only Dr. Kahn Farooqi committed Medical Malpractice, while courting The Steadman Clinic to be in business together.
Because of this The Steadman Clinic refused to see Larry, for a second opinion on his ankle, obviously a conflict of interest in their minds. As of January 2021, Dr. Kahn Farooqi, Ortho Aspen, and The Steadman Clinic merged. Hence what Dr. Kahn Farooqi did to Larry is covered up. What’s worse, Colorado Law Firms completely refuse to hold Dr. Kahn Farooqi accountable; Larry is paralyzed and has no compensation for the destruction of his life as a furniture designer and
builder who was earning upwards of twenty thousand dollars a-piece for his special orders.
Welcome to the American medical system allowed to commit any kind of Medical Malpractice they want, while you get pulled over, and sighted for license plates that are expired by one day.
On July 22, 2021, I obtained the ambulance report on Larry when they picked him up to go to Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado after his Blood Clot and Stroke. One would think this information would be included in Larry’s medical file, but surprise, surprise it is not, and no one tells you this. I recommend that you get this report right away if you or a loved one are escorted to the hospital, because this report is what the ER uses to treat you, and if there’s corruption going on, such as Workman Comp insurance fraud, it will start here.
Hold onto your hats here.
The report for Larry was full of lies about his condition. Why? I believe it’s because Larry was on Workman Comp insurance (which is the first information gathered by an ambulance driver) and had the truth been recorded, Larry would have been flown to Grand Junction, Colorado (fifteen minutes away) to receive the tPA drug that stops strokes if it’s given within the first 4.5 hours of an ischmeic stroke. The ambulance driver wrote in his report that Larry was stroking out all day from when he got up in the morning until when the ambulance picked him up, which was a complete lie, but gave perfectly sound reason (if reporting honestly, which he didn’t) why they didn’t have to airlift him, fifteen minutes away, to Grand Junction, Colorado for the tPA that would stop the stroke. Grand River Health does not supply this drug, and CORVEL Insurance didn’t want to pay for Larry’s preventative care, so therefore they opted instead to treat Larry as a heart patient; loading him up with overdoses of heart medication that could easily kill him, while blaming his condition on a pre-existing problem, Hypertension. This would be great in the Insurance Company’s goal, as they would no longer have to pay for Larry’s continued care.
tPA (tissue plasminogen activator)
Thrombolytic drugs such as tPA are often called clot busters. tPA is short for tissue plasminogen activator and can only be given to patients who are having a stroke caused by a blood clot (ischemic stroke). It can stop a stroke by breaking up the blood clot, given within 4.5 hours.
The fact that I was preparing tuna sandwiches in the other room, when Larry had his violent episode at about 5:00 PM, August 16, 2019, would be the first proof of Larry NOT stroking out all day. What spouse/partner/fiance’ or friend would decide to prepare food as their loved one, in the same room, was having a stroke?
The summary I wrote to record all the medical outrageousness will be posted next. Stay tuned

Can I just say what a relief to uncover an individual who really understands what theyre talking about on the web. You certainly know how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More people ought to read this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised that you arent more popular given that you most certainly have the gift.
